Notifications

Signal. Never noise.

Push and in-app notifications scoped to what members actually need to know. Class signed-up tonight? Reminder at 5 PM. New best lift celebrated by a coach? Notification with the celebration. Spam? Never.

Heard you crushed today's conditioning — nice work!

A typical week of notifications — useful, throttled, scoped to the member.

The notification list members don't mute.

Tuned to the moments that actually matter. Everything else is in-app, where it belongs.

Class reminders

Soft reminder the evening before, harder reminder an hour before — only for the classes the athlete is signed up for.

Milestone celebrations

New personal best, anniversary hit, weight goal reached, first 100 classes. Real moments worth lighting up the phone for.

Owner announcements

Pinned posts on the feed fire a push. Schedule changes, holiday hours, event signups — the news members need to hear.

Coach DMs + check-ins

1:1 messages from coaches fire pushes (athlete can disable for individual coaches if needed).

Per-category preferences

Members can mute Schedule, Milestones, Announcements, Messages independently. Coaches still see when members chose to mute.

Throttled by default

No same-day duplicate categories. No "you have 14 notifications" pileup. The platform respects the phone like its host.

Athlete preferences

Members own the volume.

Per-category toggles for what fires a push. Default state is "useful" — reminders + personal-best celebrations on, marketing-y stuff off. Athletes who want every signal get every signal; athletes who want quiet get quiet.
