The Founders code redeems into the Founders plan. The Intro code redeems into the trial. Onboarding is one URL per offer.
Auto-flip from trial
Intro pack expires → member is prompted into the standard plan. Clean conversion path, no manual data entry.
Pause + resume
Members can pause for travel or injury without losing their pricing; coaches set the policy (e.g. max 4 weeks/year).
