Recurring class templates

Tuesday 6 AM Olympic class every week with the same coach. Set the template, the schedule fills itself out for the next 12 weeks.

One-off events

Memorial Day Tribute, anniversary partner workout, the open intramural Friday. One-off slots that don't pollute the recurring schedule.

Capacity + waitlist

Set the cap. When it fills, signups go to the waitlist. Drops bump the next person in. Notifications fire.

RSVP reminders

Athletes signed up for the 6 AM get a soft nudge the evening before. Reduces no-shows by enough to matter.

Coach assignments

Pre-assign the coach to a template; override per session. Coach Hub knows who's coaching what.

DST-aware

When the clock changes, the schedule doesn't. Recurring 6 AM stays 6 AM whether it's standard or daylight time.

For members

Schedule in their pocket.
